Caroline has considerable experience of legal issues that may arise in a technology-based start-up context within areas such as biotechnology, research instruments, nanotechnology, energy, material sciences, and information technology. Legal areas include e.g. intellectual property law, company law and contract law. Examples of contract types that she has been responsible for drafting, reviewing, interpreting and negotiating include research collaboration agreements, license agreements, distribution agreements, consultancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements, shareholders’ agreements etc.
