This international program, jointly run by CIP and the Tusher Strategic Initiative for Technology Leadership at Berkeley Haas, aims to build a world-class ICM Faculty of leading academic and industry actors globally.

Ruud Peters created one of the largest and most sophisticated IP & Standards operations in the world during his tenure as EVP & CIPO at Philips and continues to advise companies and governments on complex strategy and policy issues at the interface of technology, business, and IP. Suzanne Harrison is a pioneer in the field of ICM, having run a best-practices industry gathering and advised leading firms for more than two decades and authored several seminal books on the topic, including the Edison in the Boardroom series.
