As Senior Counsel – Patent and Trademark you will be responsible for managing and protecting the company’s intellectual property assets, including patents and trademarks, and managing Pinterest’s program to protect third-party IP, including its IP notice-and-takedown program. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in Engineering, Product, Content, Trust & Safety, and Legal to develop and implement strategies to safeguard our inventions and brand-identity.
