They are looking for a person to drive their product design efforts. You will have ownership of the overall user experience of their SaaS platform and will work closely with the Head of Product at all stages of the product development cycle. Your role will include organising and facilitating design workshops, gathering and collating user insights, creating low- and high-fidelity prototypes and advising on UX guidelines and best practice. You should be comfortable working with a software product aimed at a technical audience, and will ideally have some experience working with similar products or services and developing intuitive user flows through technically complex software products. You should also be comfortable taking the lead in the UX domain, suggesting and initiating new ideas and processes to help the product and software teams work to UX best practice.
